Adscano is a product of Nexivara, which builds and operates it in India. We are a small team, so email reaches a human rather than a ticket queue. One address covers everything: hello@adscano.com. Put the topic (support, billing or privacy) in the subject line and it gets to the right person first time.

1. Support and general enquiries

• Help setting up a campaign, QR code or image trigger.
• Something in the dashboard is broken or behaving oddly.

2. Billing, invoices and refunds

• Subscription changes, upgrades and downgrades.
• Cancellation requests and refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• GST invoices, credit notes and adding a GSTIN to your account.
• A charge on your statement you do not recognise.

When you write in about a payment, include your workspace name and the Razorpay payment ID, or the date and amount of the charge. It saves a round trip.

3. Privacy and data requests

• Access, correction or deletion requests under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
• Data processing agreements and security questionnaires.
• Consumer requests about a lead form. We route these to the brand whose campaign collected the data, since the brand is the data controller. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Response times

• We reply to every email within 1 working day. Email from a workspace on the Agency plan is answered first (priority support).
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST. We are closed on weekends and Indian public holidays.
• Mail that arrives outside those hours is answered on the next working day. We do not run a 24/7 desk, and we would rather tell you that than leave you waiting.
• Billing decisions, for example a refund approval, are confirmed within 3 working days.
