Delivery Policy

Adscano is a software subscription operated by Nexivara (GSTIN 08AWPPB6630G2ZH). This page sets out how the service is delivered to you after payment.

1. Nothing is shipped

Adscano is a digital service delivered entirely over the internet. There is no physical product, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. We never ship goods of any kind. QR codes, landing pages and reports are generated inside the platform for you to download or print yourself.

2. How and when you get access

  • Access is provisioned immediately on successful payment. In practice your plan is live within a minute of Razorpay confirming the charge.
  • The service is delivered through your existing account at adscano.com. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout and the new plan limits are already applied.
  • Razorpay emails a payment receipt to the address used at checkout, and your GST tax invoice is ready to download under Billing as soon as the plan is applied.
  • Nothing needs to be installed. Adscano runs in a browser on desktop and mobile.

3. Delivery charges and timelines

There are no shipping charges, handling fees or delivery timelines, because there is no shipment. The price you see is the full price: Growth ₹2,999 and Agency ₹14,999, each for 30 days, both inclusive of 18% GST, billed in INR. Nothing renews automatically. The Free plan is provisioned the moment you create an account and costs nothing.

4. If your access does not activate

Payments occasionally succeed at the bank but take longer to reflect in the app. If your plan has not upgraded within 30 minutes of a successful payment:

  • Sign out and sign back in once, which refreshes the plan on your account.
  • If it is still not live, email hello@adscano.com with your workspace name and the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation email.
  • We respond within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, and either activate the plan manually or refund the charge in full if we cannot.
